Early in her career, she worked within an independent dermatology practice, gaining foundational insight into the operational, administrative and financial realities of running a medical office.

As the healthcare industry has evolved, Nazaarah has developed deep expertise in the complexities of credentialing, medical billing and provider enrollment for independent physicians and multi-provider medical groups. Her work reflects a consistent ability to anticipate and respond to changes in compliance standards, enrollment processes and billing requirements across payers and practice types.

Nazaarah’s hands-on leadership style and multi-specialty experience led her to found B Credentialing & Medical Billing, a woman-owned healthcare administration company. Launched during the COVID-19 pandemic, the business was intentionally designed to support providers navigating rapid changes in care delivery models—including the expansion of virtual and remote services.
